At this rate, we'll probably use a paddle and a canoe to get to Frankfurt, Germany for the biggest automotive event year. How this event appears to be considerable, and is about to become even more after that Subaru has announced that they intended to bring a new "technology" concept called Prologue BRZ - Boxer Sport Car Architecture II.

The ZRE, which means "Boxer engine," "Rear-wheel drive" and "Zenith", could very well be the Japanese automaker Toyota response to the publication of the FT-86, which, ironically, both are co- developer.

We do not know exactly what to expect from each other than thinking it would be a RWD sports coupe, and that BRZ "holds ultimate passion for the new sports car and confidence in its specificity and Technology base. " Subaru did not reveal anything other than to advertise that they bring the car in Frankfurt, and the start of production is planned for spring 2012, but hopefully, everything becomes clear when the largest auto show in the calendar opens in September.

UPDATE 09/13/11: Remember when we said we really do not know what to expect going to the concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show Subaru BRZ? Well, we really did not expect what we saw. You see, what we are really waiting for something concrete, which could take the form of a concept car. But what seemed to us something of the X-ray mock-up version of the concept, which, incidentally, does not have all the elements that make up the real machine. What we did discover, and is something that could prove useful in the future, is that the machine does the naturally aspirated 2.0-liter horizontally opposed boxer engine that features direct-injection technology called Toyota D-4S.

UPDATE 22/09/11: After being postponed for some time, Subaru finally get a full version of the sports concept car at the Auto Show in Los Angeles BRZ November 2011. However, this concept does not reveal anything about the production version is expected in December. It turns out that Toyota and Subaru has decided not to publish anything in the final production version of the FT-86 ZRE or official start of the vehicles in Tokyo. Therefore, they were basically driving the FT-86 ZRE and carrots only to discover they really are turds.
